Our fish comes from the Mediterranean Sea and is caught in the most traditional ways. Our qualified personnel checks the freshness of our products so that our customers can taste them on the same day they are fished up. Furthermore, the packaging under a modified atmosphere –MAP– enables to maintain the organoleptic properties of the fish for a longer period.
